SPECIFIC CHALLENGER INFOMATION

Challenger (RN) – No classroom time. This option includes PNP skills testing (No Skills Practice) and an online exam.   No pre-course online modules required.  The student does have the option to complete the online modules if they choose to do so.  It is for registered nurses (or the equivalent as defined by their location of practice) with ENPC experience and who are comfortable with self-study.

Student will arrive to their scheduled class:

  • If assigned to a Challenger Course, the student will arrive around 12:30.  They will be on a first come first serve basis and they will begin testing after all Full Course students have finished testing.

RN's are verified as an ENPC provider after successful completion of the course. RNs will receive 3.0 contact hours for completing the skills testing, online exam, and evaluation.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider (ACLS)

The AHA’s ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of preventing cardiac arrest, early and continuous high-quality CPR, and high-performing teams. The course reflects science and education from the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Basic Life Support BLS

The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.
